Alexander Josefsson

Managing Director

Alexander was no more than 3 years old when he received his first Joma overall but had to wait until 2013 before he was employed. This means that the first decade of many has just passed.

As I said, Alexander is our CEO at Joma, but you are more likely to find him screwing on a machine than sitting in his office. He helps where needed!

What do you do when you are not at Joma?
Trying to hang out a bit at the gym (many nice people to talk to there), then during the summer I’m on the golf course or sitting on the motorcycle 🏍️

Gustaf Josefsson

Purchasing manager/product manager for construction fittings

Ever since birth, the path has been marked out for Gustaf, who is born and raised at Joma, he became a permanent employee in 2008. What Gustaf does not know about our construction fittings is not worth knowing. That is precisely why he is responsible for purchasing, product development and answers all technical questions regarding our building fittings.

What do you do when you are not working?

Bikes MTB and brews beer (drinks a few too), I like cycling because it is a lot of both technique, fitness and strength at the same time, very good exercise. Beer brewing is fun because everything is very careful and precise, every step in brewing is important to get right, then when you get to taste the result, it becomes the reward for all the hard work of brewing 😊

Henrik Johansson

Product manager shell/prefab products

Henrik is a well-known name to all of you who are in contact with us at Joma ang. our shell masonry products. Henrik has worked with us at Joma for almost 15 years and today Henrik is responsible for most of our shell and prefab products. This means everything from CE markings and production solutions to calculation manuals.

What do you do when you’re not hanging out at Joma?

In my spare time, I spend a lot of time with my family, some carpentry around the house, but I also ride a motorbike and like to play a little guitar.

Jörgen Schultz

Salesperson: Regional Manager Southern Sweden, Norway, Germany & France

Jörgen started at Joma in 2006 and today works as regional manager in southern Sweden, Norway and Northern Europe (Germany, France, etc.).

This means that I visit our customers, hold training courses about our products as well as contract writing and some product development. I am also responsible for the prices, so if you think we are too cheap, I will solve it. 😉

What do you do in your spare time?

I play a lot of golf in the summer but also padel during the week. Everyone should try padel, really fun and everyone can play padel. In the autumn there will also be mushroom picking and trying to get the perfect GT (favorite right now is mixed with cucumber and black pepper). Likes football and then it’s IFK Gothenburg and Liverpool that I’m passionate about.

Marko Niemi

Sales

Marko works as a salesman, which means that many of our customers have both met and talked a lot with Marko. Previously, Marko has worked both as warehouse manager, production manager and site manager.

What do you do when you are not working at Joma?

Spend time with family and friends! Is a bit of a sports geek and follows most things in the world of sports! Has a past in ice hockey so it is extra close to my heart.

Mikaela Josefsson

Market & wire order

Mikaela or Mickan as she is usually called has been loyal to Joma since birth but has been paid for her work for a little over 10 years. Today, Mickan works with order reception, answers the phone and is a problem solver in general.

What do you do when you are not at Joma?

Playing Padel, it’s a really fun sport and the best thing about Padel is that you don’t think about running. Fits me perfectly! 🎾 As you can see in the picture, there will also be the occasional puzzle to distract your thoughts.

Lise-Lotte Fjällström

Order & Finance

Finances, orders and record keeping are Lise-Lotte’s main tasks here at Joma, but after almost 20 years she has a solid grasp of most things. Lise-Lotte is not changing jobs in the first place, but was with her previous employer for 22 years, and of course we hope she beats it and stays with us until it’s time to retire!

What do you do when you are not at Joma?

I’m out walking a lot and playing Pokemon, as I have a sedentary job I think it’s nice to move around. Also likes to play golf, at least when it goes well ⛳️🏌️‍♂️

Jennie Johansson

HR

Jennie is the person who drives our HR work forward on a daily basis, while she is also involved in some other parts within the group, including our quality work.

Before she stepped inside the doors with us at Joma in January 2021, she has experience of working as a personnel manager, quality and environmental coordinator, but also a lot of service professions as a conference host and in hotels and restaurants.

What do you do in your spare time?

Not much for my own free time, is very involved in the kids’ sports which takes a lot of time :) Helps among other things as a floorball coach for one son’s team, the other son’s enduro interest also takes a lot of time.

Lotta Sköld

Finance

Before Lotta started with us, she worked as both a bank clerk and an accounting consultant, but for the last 5 or so years, Lotta has worked with us at Joma. Here she makes sure that all the numbers are correct in our accounting and our financial statements, but above all she makes sure that the salary is paid every month 😎

What do you do when you are not managing Joma’s finances?

A few years ago, I became a grandmother to another grandchild, so with six little goodies brightening life, there is no shortage of leisure activities ❤️. I spend the summer sometimes in Bohuslän and sometimes at our little cottage by lake Hären. I have also found a new interest in cycling since a few years ago, so I try to make time for that as often as I can. 🚴‍♀️💨

Albin Näslund

CAD-Technician

In the spring of 2023, Albin started with us at Joma. Albin is responsible for our drawings and has the task of ensuring that all our fittings are drawn up and in different file formats. Everything needed for designers to be able to draw our products into their drawings on a daily basis.

What do you do in your spare time?

In my spare time I like to spend time with friends and family, dog walks in the forest and a little computer games are not amiss. It’s always fun when something happens.

Peter Svensson

Electricity & IT

With over 30 years with us at Joma, Peter will soon be counted as inventory. Peter is our IT guru and makes sure our systems run as they should. Before Peter started with us at Joma, he worked, among other things, as a building blacksmith, welder and machine builder.

What do you do when you’re not looking over our IT systems?

Home automation, fun to develop and test new technology. Lives on a farm so there are always things that need to be done in the spare time. Likes to always have some project going on.

Tom Thuresson

Warehouse manager

Tom is a warehouse manager and has worked with us at Joma since 2019. Before that, he worked both as a machine operator, warehouse worker and production manager.

What do you do when you’re not managing Joma’s deliveries?

Free time is interspersed with movies, everyday exercise, hunting, travel and good food. Preferably some hockey on TV when it’s in season.
