Lintel Support Profile

To facilitate on-site masonry of unloaded beams above windows and openings, we have developed a wall opening form in Aluminum.

In order to create masonry lintels on site, we have developed a lintel support profile made out of aluminum. Thanks to its low weight the product will enable a faster construction process and a better working environment for the user. Despite its low weight, the aluminum profile is also torsionally rigid and dimensionally stable, even at long lengths.

YOU CHOOSE THE COLOR

The lintel support profile is delivered with standard color RAL9010. For an additional fee, the profiles, up to a length of 4500 mm, can be painted in the RAL color of your choice. Contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

THE SYSTEM CONSISTS OF FOUR COMPONENTS:

1. LINTEL SUPPORT PROFILE

The JOMA Lintel support profile is used as a fixed support for masonry lintels laid on- site above windows and other openings in brickwork. The product is made of extruded aluminum which is then painted, resulting in:

• Very low weight - No heavy lifting!
• High torsional rigidity
• Aesthetically pleasing
• The lintel support profile also functions as a water drainage, collecting any water that may penetrate the masonry and draining it out along the inside of the masonry.

2. MASONRY REINFORCEMENT BI37RF

The bed joint reinforcement Bi37rf is used to reinforce the masonry lintel. The reinforcement is made of wire with stainless steel quality EN 1.4301.
