TIE RODS

Wall ties are used as a tie rod in the shell wall and combined with any of our wall brackets for anchoring in the wall behind.

No. 12 Screw-in tie rod

Tie rod made of stainless steel wire for inner frames of timber or lightweight concrete.

Used in combination with No. 1 or No. 3 for cavity walls.

Material

Stainless steel, EN 1.4401
Thread length 50 mm
Dia Ø 4,4 mm

Mounting

To be mounted directly into wood, or with the help of a plug in lightweight concrete. A drift for mounting can be placed into the drill.

To be combined with tie-rod No.1.

Find the right length

The length of the tie-rod is determined by the wall construction and installation depth

For wooden joist: 50 mm mounting depth + insulation thickness

For concrete frames: 65 mm mounting depth + insulation thickness
